Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expansion of its partnership with Xerox to accelerate the company’s transition into a simplified, services-led, and software-enabled organization. This strategic collaboration aims to leverage TCS’s advanced capabilities to develop a new agile, cloud-first operating model and an AI-first enterprise platform for Xerox.
Xerox, a global leader in digital print technology and related solutions, seeks to consolidate its technology services to enhance business outcomes. TCS will play a crucial role in this transformation by migrating complex legacy data centers to the Azure public cloud, deploying a cloud-based Digital ERP platform to streamline business processes, and integrating generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into operations to drive sustainable growth.
Transforming Xerox with TCS’s Expertise
Under the agreement, TCS will harness its deep service practices, including AI.Cloud, Enterprise Solutions (highlighted by TCS CrystallusTM), and Cognitive Business Operations (showcased by TCS CognixTM), to create a robust AI-first enterprise platform for Xerox. This platform is designed to simplify Xerox’s geographical, operational, and offering footprint while enhancing client experiences.
